Since opening our Essaouira restaurant in March 2019, then Marrakech in March 2020, we have served countless coffees, teas, brunch dishes, and cakes to locals and visitors alike. Our cuisine is authentic, committed, and deeply meaningful—plastic-free and organic where possible. At Mandala, ingredient goes hand in hand with ethics—respecting the earth, those who cultivate it, and the local ecology through fresh, seasonal ingredients.
